Stephanie joined Frontier as People and Culture Advisor in 2021 and is responsible for providing Human Resources support across all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, induction, learning and development, health, safety and wellbeing, employee engagement, inclusion and diversity and advice on staff matters. Stephanie has over 10 years’ experience in human resources management, spanning generalist and specialist roles in diverse industries both in the UK & Australia. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is a Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
