Prior to joining Frontier, Charles served as Chief Investment Officer at State Super, where he led multi-asset investment strategy, tactical asset allocation, and risk management frameworks for the NSW State Government Pension Scheme. He has also held senior roles including General Manager Asset Allocation and Head of Asset Allocation & Risk at State Super, as well as earlier positions at Media Super, Mercer, and Everest Financial Group. Charles holds a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering (Honours) from UNSW and is a CFA charter holder.
