She is a member of the Liability Driven Investor Team, focusing on investment and strategic advice for insurers and other liability-driven investors. Prior to joining Frontier, Arsheela worked at SHMA Consulting as an Actuarial Assistant Manager for over two years where she provided consulting for general insurance and also at Jubilee Life Insurance as an Actuarial Analyst for almost one and a half years working on the actuarial requirements of a life insurance company.

Arsheela holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Institute of Business Administration in Karachi and has completed the requirements for acceptance as an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
