Angela has extensive experience as a skilled Chair and professional Non-Executive Director having served on and chaired superannuation and investment related Boards for nearly 25 years. Angela is also Chair of affordable housing developer Assemble, and a Non-Executive Director of the Reinsurance Group of America ANZ, and State Trustees Ltd, the Victorian public trustee. Angela previously served as a Director of the UN supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees, including as President from 2014 to 2016, and was a Trustee Director of CareSuper, Vision Super, VicSuper and HESTA where she was Chair from 2010 to 2018.

Angela has a Master of Business and a Bachelor of Economics and in 2021 was appointed as a Member of the Order of Australia (AM).
