
We have made six new appointments across our research, consulting and technology teams.
Atharv Seth and Tenzin Nyima Jordantsang have joined the Defensive Assets and Alternatives Team, as a Consultant and Associate, respectively. Artharv’s role focuses on manager research and client responsibilities. He brings experience from Diogenes Research and Zenith Investment Partners. Artharv holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and has completed all three levels of the CFA Program.
Before starting at Frontier, Tenzin worked at Netwealth as an Investment Analyst in Corporate Actions. He holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University and has successfully passed CFA Levels 1 and 2.
In the client consulting team, Michael Saldin joins the firm, bringing experience from QMetrix Pty Ltd in corporate performance management. Prior to that, Michael was an Assistant Accountant at the Law Institute of Victoria. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and has successfully completed CFA Level 1 and passed all CIMA exams, earning CGMA status.
We have also bolstered its Capital Markets and Asset Allocation Team with the appointment of Andrew Dallimore as a Consultant. Andrew joins from ICG Financial Planning, where he worked constructing financial strategies and structures for clients. He has also previously worked as an Associate Adviser at Catalyst Financial Group and Investment Strategist at WealthSpan. Andrew has undertaken a PhD in Finance at Monash University and was also a Teaching Associate at Monash University. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), majoring in Finance.
Building on the entry level investment analyst pool we introduced last year, we have welcomed Sakshi Yadav as our newest Analyst. Sakshi joins from Monash University, where she completed her Masters in Banking and Finance, and also holds an Economics Honours degree from the University of Delhi. During her studies, she worked as an Academic Support Assistant in Monash’s Disability Support Services and previously as a Research Analyst at a publishing house, supporting infrastructure investment decisions across various government projects.
Lastly, Asher Winn has joined as a Quantitative Developer, supporting the development of Frontier’s leading technology platform. Asher previously worked at Vanguard as a Data Software Engineer and prior to that was a Mechanical Engineer on Victoria’s Big Build. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University, along with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Mathematics.
