Bring your multi-asset investment experience, quantitative capability and client communication skills to one of Australia’s leading independent investment consulting firms.
We are looking for an experienced investment professional to join our Capital Markets and Asset Allocation Team.
You will contribute to our strategic and dynamic asset-allocation research, strengthen the team’s quantitative capability and turn complex analysis into clear, practical investment insights. You will also help guide junior colleagues and support the continued development of our quantitative research and analytical processes.
This can be a Melbourne or Sydney based role.
What you will be doing
- Undertake capital markets, portfolio construction and asset allocation research.
- Contribute to Frontier’s strategic and dynamic asset allocation views.
- Develop and enhance quantitative models, tools and analytical processes.
- Translate quantitative analysis into practical portfolio insights.
- Produce bespoke analysis and support advice for institutional clients.
- Present investment views clearly and credibly.
- Guide junior colleagues and help strengthen quantitative capability across the team.
- Identify opportunities to improve research processes and ways of working.
What you will bring
- Strong multi-asset investment and asset-allocation experience.
- Well developed quantitative, modelling and analytical skills.
- A practical understanding of portfolio construction and investment decision making.
- The confidence to communicate complex ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Curiosity, adaptability and a process improvement mindset.
- A relevant undergraduate qualification.
Experience in unlisted assets, fixed interest, currency or broad equities would be valuable. CFA or relevant postgraduate qualifications would also be well regarded.
